      1. Small firm with very senior consultants. Lot of experienced hands to learn from. 2. Lot of varied projects since the Bain acquisition. 3. Caring organisation with excellent flexible working.

      Cons

      1. Missing benefits (private insurance, critical health etc.), 2. low employer pension contributions. 3. Still waiting to be resourced on true EA work.
