Fluctuating Workload, but Worthwhile - Field Service Engineer (FSE) Enterprise Electronics Employee Review

It can be slow at times.

Location - Enterprise is a jewel of a place to raise a family. Most of the employees are pleasant. The Technology is incredible.

Management is missing. When I left the company, it had been through five acquisitions in ten years. It is my understanding that it has been through two more acquisitions since I left. The entire time I was there, the managers would spend $5 to save $1 on the books. People who have absolutely NO IDEA how to manage people, time or resources are in key positions. Fiefdoms are the norm. I maintain close relationships with many of the current employees and they same thing applies now. The only thing that seems to change is ownership.
