Colleagues are very generous with their expertise and willing to share knowledge to support and upskill one another. The work we do is at the cutting edge of semantics, which keeps things interesting. EK continues to grow and take on more complex and wide-reaching work.
Cons
As with any consulting work, there are times when the workload is heavier. It is important to be pro-active with management to communicate workload and capacity so they can respond accordingly.
