As a small business we can't always compete with the career progression you would find in a large organisation

The team is great and you'll receive some fabulous support from those who work there.

That being said, the entire experience I had there was incredibly disorganised and the internal communication significantly lacking - meaning that everyone and everything tended to be quite reactive.
