Pros
Great Benefits and mostly great co-workers.
Cons
No work/life balance and really low pay for the hours you work. 35k right out of school is not bad and if you work hard you will make more money, but for 50-55 hours a week the pay is pretty bad. You have to lie to customers everyday and lie to management to take a day off. When you are in Management you are no longer hourly and therfore the hours you work are pushed to the limit. The company pressures you into not taking lunch breaks, you can take them but you will feel guilty and be seen as "that guy who takes lunch breaks." There is also no specialization at Enterprise, your many job duties will include: Receptionist, Customer Service Rep, Car Cleaner, Driver, Salesman, and finally Manager. It's a great business model . . . for the company, but not for lower level employees and good luck getting to the top.
