Lots of turnover, new temps every other week. They measure your orders picked by an unfair formula which will leave 90% of the staff out of the incentive program. As a temp worker if you do not reach the incentive you will not be considered to be hired on full time. Company save a lot of money by not paying out benefits or bonuses to temp workers. Let several people go right before Christmas which just shows how much the company cares about people.
