      In few teams managers are easy-going,

      Cons

      There is no fixed HR policies. Company mainly focuses on Loss of Pay They do not relieve the personnel after resignation, they drag the service period for their advantage Poor HR team No proper exit formalities. they fire personnel easily in a day. No work life balance Poor project management.
