Pros
Worked in a satellite location and loved the direct staff. Management was in Chandler. Dr and PA of that location were amazing and caring.
Cons
Nothing is as it appears. Staff very gossipy, say the company is "family" but quite the opposite. If you are not in the favorite clique then you have no security. Staff will be fake to your face. Take advantage of your flexibility and show little to no rewards. Owner cares only about opening more locations and his pocket book. Does things that do no make since and leaves satellite locations in disarry. Billing department was a mess. They tried to outsource and made it worse. When Covid 19 hit they did not listen to staff concerns and made everything seem fine one day and the next day laid off more than half the staff with no warning or care for them. If there is an upcoming change that directly affects you, they wont talk to you about it till very last minute. The management "team" doesn't even know what the owner is doing. Will have you doing waaaay more then what your job description was in the beginning with no pay raise.
