Pros

No hay ventajas en esta empresa.

Cons

Pros

The company has experienced great growth through a not so reliable economy. Clients want to work with Entos because they appreciate the knowledge, creativity and care that the firm delivers. Ownership and management work hard to ensure employees are happy and growing in their careers, and they are always approachable when an issue might arise. They also make it a priority to be as flexible as possible when personal life issues rear their ugly heads, and empathy is not lacking in those situations. Overall, Entos is a great place to work with great people.

Cons

Personally, I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

Pros

Kind coworkers, lots of work, pretty office space. If you’re entry level out of college, it’s a good place to learn about office projects and all phases of a project.

Cons

Staff is incredibly undervalued for what they bring to the table. Salaries are very low compared to similar roles at other firms, and upper management isn’t truthful about salaries being consistent between roles within the office. Health insurance is simply unaffordable. If there’s the desire to work on any project types other than only office space, look elsewhere. Upper management only engages with employees if there is a perceived issue. There is no transparency of financials and what each project manager is actually billing, so salaries cannot be negotiated more fairly to align with actual output. Project managers are forced by upper management to bill clients hourly for MANY hours that aren’t worked in an effort to keep fees higher. SO unethical, and this is ultimately why I chose to leave the company.
