Pros

I have worked with Entourage in different capacities over the last 7 years. One of the things I truly respect and love about Entourage Events Group is the continuous focus on excellence. The team has a true passion to continuously improve and find ways to create the best experience for their guests. The team has really pulled together to manage the various aspects of the business during the pandemic. It feels great to be a part of such a strong talented team that really cares for one another and for the company. The team at all levels from the office staff to the culinary team to the event staff have all stepped up and shown not only how much they care about executing amazing events but also how much they care for each other and the company.

Cons

In general, dealing with the pandemic and the uncertainty of the future is the toughest part for not only Entourage but for most companies. Entourage has truly stepped up with our amazing team and has been doing an outstanding job during this pandemic to keep fellow coworkers, vendors and guests safe.

Pros

Some of the servers I worked alongside actually weren't terrible.

Cons

Every idea about how to run things better gets this polite smile and 'we've always done it that way' and then absolutely nothing changes, which honestly gets exhausting. The management acts interested in what you think but you can tell nobody actually cares because they're too settled in how things are, too comfortable with the mess, and they'd rather protect the status quo than fix anything. There's this weird invisible hierarchy where people who've been there forever get better treatment — better shifts, more trust, actual acknowledgment — and everyone new just figures it out eventually or leaves. I tried raising operational stuff that would've made the actual work easier and got smiled at and nodded at and watched nothing happen, zero follow-up. They say 'we're like a family' but families actually talk to each other and try to solve problems together, not just tolerate dysfunction while the same people stay comfortable.
