1. Somewhat political environment 2. Management seems to be inexperienced with several Directors, VPs without any real experience outside Entrata leading to poor leadership experience and not much credibility in their own departments. Most departments heads ignore employees quitting but there are serious problems within the company that need to be addressed from the top to the bottom.
