Entrega has been an excellent place to build my career. I have been given so many interesting and unique opportunities to not only learn a new industry but also apply and recommend new ideas. This is a company that genuinely cultivated and grew me professionally and believed in me during my young career. In my experience, I believe employees who are the most successful at Entrega are those who are involved with the clients, learn the specifics of the work required, and make sure to get involved with the employee communities. I have found genuine friends. Additionally, I have found an incredible amount of freedom to continue my education with a sales course opportunity; Entrega allowed me to live and work remotely when a lifestyle change required me to be in a different country. Additionally, I was also given the freedom to volunteer for a local organization that helped further my professional development. I really felt that leadership genuinely cares about their employees. During COVID-19, the senior leadership collectively abstained from pay for a few months to make sure the employee body could continue their employment with designated salary. Entrega was generous with my promotions. While the promotions tracks are not obvious, leadership kept me on a career track that I wanted and consistently continued to promote me for professional advancement. They made sure to ask me about what direction I wanted to pursue and encouraged me with opportunities to pursue my chosen career path. I genuinely enjoyed my time and the people at Entrega.
Cons
Promotion and career track are not obvious in the same ways; something like an OEM or a large Tier One supplier might be, but the opportunities are plentiful. My advice to a new hire is to make friends, learn the role you’re in, and expand if new opportunities are presented.
