      Good place to work pay rate is good they just raised it good benefits and as much overtime as you want

      Cons

      Sometimes to much overtime not enough good training they give raises on attendance not perfomance

      Opportunity for advancement is available for those individuals that take an active role in their own career development. Family atmosphere. Small teams with an entrepreneurial feel.

      Cons

      Smaller teams can sometimes mean picking up your teammate's duties when he or she is on PTO. Lean staffing.
