      Pros

      EO has a great culture that really includes fun in the work day. All staff know each other and you can really count on coworkers for help and support. EO has a lot of great international travel opportunities.

      Cons

      Since the organization is small, there is not a lot of room for advancement. Staff in senior positions tend to stay in their jobs for several years so it doesn't leave many openings for promotions.

      member-led membership organizaton- so you can't really do your job; pay is moderate; work is strenuous and staff numbers are insufficient for the workload
