Well, let me put it point by point. If you are looking for a SECURE future, a job at your closest Tim Hortons would be a better option.
1) Management doesn't care about it's Employees. (Infact there is no management, Only CEO decisions)
2) They have fired countless amount of people in the last 6 months (Hire & Fire policy)
3) If you join, forget about your appraisal.
4) Glassdoor doesn't allow me to rate 0 stars, or I would.
5) No ventilation or windows in the lunch room.
6) Cancelled last years Christmas party with just 5 days to go. (Reason : Financial crises)
7) 4 people got mass fired from the marketing team about 2 weeks back (Reason - Business decision)
8) People from CE Team are regularly fired. (Avoid that team especially)
9) Service Ontario has a dedicated personnel to process the EI of all those fired Entripy employees.
10) Every single person at a director or above level is a relative of the CEO.
11) This is a perfect illustration of Nepotism.
12) No employee investment or training programmes.
13) Most of the people you would see around are fairly new, because they dont prefer to keep their employees for a long time (No Appraisal, Operating a Seasonal Business)
14) CEO is self centered. Only cares about his own profit, rather than growth of his employees.
15) Operating for 20 years, but not even 20 employees with more than 5 years in the company.
