Pros

People are lively and young. Majority are between 20-30 group. Can affect change and procedure quickly due to transparencies between workers and management.

Cons

Very chaotic day-to-day. Depending on your manager, you may get one who is an extreme micro manager. Too many procedures that overly complicate otherwise simple tasks. Email system is a nightmare, be expected to know everything about a subject simply because you were in the distribution list. On average 200-500 emails daily to be read. All tasks are logged in the email system to track root cause of failure and blame to ensue. Generally over worked and underpaid staff, with little emphasis on proper training and high expectancy to perform which causes low morale.

Pros

The company is young, innovative, and easily the most diverse workplace I've ever been at. Business is growing quickly so there is a lot of opportunity to learn and do new things. Management is very approachable and recognize hard work. Co-workers are more awesome than not. Casual dress and a great overall office environment.

Cons

Like most fast-growing companies, there are some employees who just refuse to adapt and/or accept new roles. They see all change as negative and it drives down the morale of the team. My salary could be a little higher but the overall perks are quite good.

Pros

Nice friendly people Lots to learn

Cons

Production support work in the back of the warehouse essentially, so it’s loud Early hours starting at 7am (can be a pro or con depending on the person) No creativity, very task based & can get repetitive Normal benefits
