Last place to start your career but can succeed if understanding the aggression and complexity of the individuals. Do NOT rely on HR or OHS.
Cons
Lowest wages in industry with the most aggressive individuals to support. It’s a sweat shop. HR thinks they are google and not a disability support company that is for profit. NOT nonprofit but FOR PROFIT. CEO and his team are from the some LDS church, uneducated, white. CLAC unionized members are well educated but black and brown.
