Management don’t really know what need to be done, but they keep pushing and shouting about invoicing only. They like to target one person, then scold, shout, and scream for small things or sometimes no proper reason. Because of this, people feel very stressed and many staff end up leaving. Turnover is very high, sometimes people only stay for a few weeks. Good staff also leave because of management behaviour. Staff who stay are always working in fear, worried they will be the next person to get shouted at or blamed. Must do OT and work during weekends, no time to wind down, so stressful
