      Pros

      U are able to contact your supervisor directly and they will try their best to assign your to the childcare centre you desired and make sure you got treated well by the staffs at the centre

      Cons

      Wasn’t able to choose the shift yourself as you get assigned through text messages instead of being able to choose from the system online
