Pros
there are literally none that i can think of. you can leave whenever you want with no notice which was fairly common practice for staff
Cons
*Dundee technology park* no guaranteed hours managers were full of them selves and not very good. all they did was sit and stuff their faces with food from the burger van and moan at people for not working hard enough. higher up people were vein, rude and not nice to work with AT ALL. my manager would force everyone who didn't have a 'bite' by an hour or so into the shift, to stand and not sit down until the shift ended. 3+ hours! we were then made to stay an extra half hour after the shift to continue working (and standing)! targets were constantly made more and more un achievable - i was working 25 hours average and my target was that same as another staff member who worked 40+ hours!! lastly over the Easter period i was supposed to be payed on the Friday but as it was a bank holiday over that time, i was not payed until the next Tuesday night. I couldn't afford to get into work until the Wednesday morning and missed out on a total of 5 days work! This happened to many staff even though they know it happens every year! (why not pay us on the Thursday?) also twice i was payed less than half of my wages - was never sorted out. overall, a terrible experience - would not recommend.
