-Poor communication and feedback cycle from those that are supposed to be guiding you. -Lack of transparency for what seniors want from you. -Unreasonable expectations and pretence (seniors act like everything is fine until they randomly pull the rug out from under you. -Work life balance where? It's a facade at this place; they cover up their lack of it by not being transparent about their expectations to avoid litigation probably. You check your inbox when you get in during the work day and see you were sent multiple emails around 9pm on weekdays and comments on your work on Sundays while pretending that life outside work is important. -Prevalent culture of blind sighting at this organization.
