Pros
-Inclusivity and diversity is the best here. Colleagues are very understanding and inclusive of all genders, race, and religion. They're open to discussing all of the different ethnicities and religions, whereas other companies I've been to just don't discuss and i don't find that inclusive. It's been really nice to be able to share about my background and learn about others backgrounds. -Really fun office atmosphere -Mentorship is great -Try to distribute workload appropriately -Decent pay with great bonus program, do not have to be a shareholder for the profit share -Transparent about company goals and profits -Good social committee events. Lots of fun and inclusive events throughout the year. They do a great job with getting mostly everyone's participation. -Friendly and social for an engineering firm
Cons
-A higher base pay (standard want from everyone everywhere due to location) -Pay for parking or transit is not a program they participate in. Other companies will pay for transit to encourage green initiatives -Should do a better job with promotions -Observed the senior staff is overworked due to younger company, for growth, however they try their best to help prevent burnout -Observed some lazy staff not holding their weight, brings team down. Individual issue, not company.
