Pros

Cheap insurance Decent pay Good time off around holidays

Cons

Absolutely awful with being a “family” company. They will fire you for not having enough time off for sick family. It is also hard to grow and become more here.

Pros

I have been a nurse for 21 years and have worked in many different healthcare settings throughout my career, but Entyre Care is, without question, the best company I have ever worked for. From the moment I joined the team, I felt like I had found something truly special. In fact, it seemed almost too good to be true—and even after 10 months, I still feel incredibly grateful to be here. The leadership, starting with the CEO, is exceptional. It is difficult to put into words how much I value my role and the people I work alongside every day. This isn't about compensation or benefits; it's about being part of a team of compassionate, dedicated professionals who genuinely care about making a difference in people's lives. What makes this work so meaningful is knowing that the support we provide has a life-changing impact on the individuals and families we serve. That sense of purpose is something I have never experienced to this extent anywhere else in my career. I can honestly say that I am the happiest and most fulfilled I have ever been as a nurse, and I am proud to be part of the Entyre Care family.

Cons

Absolutely nothing. Period, point blank.
