Thank you for your candid feedback. We understand your concerns about working hours, compensation, and management maturity, and we're actively working on these areas to create a better work environment for everyone. With regard to the short hours, it is common for our industry to experience ebbs and flows based on our customers’ economic and environmental pressures. We do our best to mitigate this with additional training, and encouraging vacation as opposed to laying off technicians. When it comes to wages, we are currently working diligently to be more closely aligned with the updated union rates and will have more information on this in the coming weeks. We are constantly striving to improve our company at all levels and would love to hear more specific suggestions on how we can improve.
