      Allowed to work remotely. Staff very helpful and respectful.

      Pros

      Nothing at all. This position will be bombarded with no support at all! You will be cleaning up last person’s mess on top of new expections from management. Manager has zero support for you!

      Cons

      Everything. You are blamed for everything last person on job before you did. If you cannot replicate their work in 1 month you are going to be given worst treatment by your manager. He will micromanage you, humiliate you on everything you stuck doing first time.
