Very poor leadership team. Company cannot maintain current contracts or win new business. Executive team capabilities should be reviewed by parent company or this company will not last long.

Pay is on the lower end and many employees have to threaten to leave to get adequate raises for the value they bring. Job demands are dangerous sometimes, traveling a lot
