Terrible Place To Work If You Are A Contractor - IT Contractor Environmental Protection Agency Employee Review

For some reason, contractors are treated with disdain. We are not made to feel like we belong. If someone makes a mistake, there is always a major investigation to find someone to blame. If the EPA person makes a mistake it's no big deal. If you're a contractor and you make a mistake, you better plan on spending the next few days/weeks explaining in minute detail why you made a mistake. I've been working for 25+ years in different types of businesses and settings, and I have to say that this is the worst atmosphere I've ever worked in.
