Pros
They have a great retirement plan and good benefits plan. The work load is heavy but very doable, your supervisor will always be there to help you along and push you to meet your deadlines.
Cons
Not very flexable on time spent out of town. But always understanding for vacation time and paid time off and with most everything else.
