Pros
-Good leadership -Solid mission -Relaxed environment -Great benefits -Work life balance is legit (unless you're a manager, they have to work 4 days per pp in office).
Cons
-Would be nice to travel once a year for training as admin (scientist travel regularly). -Dont add many more responsibilities if there isnt room for a higher grade. Continue a very verrrry similar workflow if theres no potential growth for that next level up. Even with that I would reapply in a heartbeat, solid workplace.
