There's good work/life balance and generally a supportive environment. The work can be interesting if you get the right projects.
Cons
The frequent administration changes greatly affects the morale of the workforce. Promotions are hard to come by and often go to unqualified employees. There are also a lot of employees who don't do much all day and still get paid highly.
