      Being able to work from home

      Cons

      They push in office for anyone with a commute under 2 hours (one way and non rush hour time). Over-staffed, so everyone is significantly underpaid, raises are way below inflation. Slow systems affect every department.

      The CD department has a number of tech issues that make it difficult to your job properly. This issues never seem to get addressed.
