Pros
Some colleagues are supportive and hardworking. Opportunities to learn from challenging situations.
Cons
For starters CEO who openly ask staff on company wide recorded meeting to leave the business when asked about gender pay gap and says women belong in ground level roles but not in senior leadership roles. Only one woman in leadership, who is dismissive and disrespectful to staff unless you are a white men in powerful position. Leadership is outdated and resistant to change. Lack of diversity and inclusivity despite claiming RAP focus. Favoritism towards certain employees, especially white males, only they get raise/bonus Poor recognition and reward for employees who deliver results. Disrespectful work environment, especially toward women with zero inclusion Limited opportunities for career advancement and development if you are skin of colour
