I'm so thankful I now have ZERO tries to this demonic, soul-crushing, soulless company.

Cons

This place is a true 'Chop Shop'. I have over 8 yrs in solar & I've never seen such greed in my life. They take advantage of young professionals and teach unethical sales practices. All money is funneled to the top & the consultants make peanuts. Management will harass the potential buyer until exhaustion. Lastly, the turnover rate is astounding. Almost everyone who becomes an employee will end up leaving shortly after. Run, and run fast away from this place!

Pros

Envisolar's work-life balance is excellent. I've received the necessary training to put my abilities to good use. Benefits and pay are also excellent. Management is always accessible and takes the time to listen to our issues. Work is well compensated, and the hours are reasonable. You have a great team of colleagues to help you at the workplace.

Cons

It has its ups and downs. Have no such significant cons.
