Having worked at several of the large national and regional banks for more than 25 years, being a colleague at Envision Bank has reminded me why community banks have such low colleague turnover and loyal customers. This company is laser-focused on doing the right thing for colleagues and its customers and the communities it serves. Everyone is treated with respect and valued for their contributions; their feedback is welcomed to continually improve how we work together to best serve our customers. A very collaborative work environment prevails where everyone understands the company's values and business strategy to ensure we're all working toward the same goals. Additionally, the Bank participates in a plethora of community events and sponsorships to help stimulate economic growth and well-being in the neighborhoods it serves. It's a company that I am proud to work for.
