      Pros

      My only and favorite reason of this job, is some of my members who genuinely made this place working for.

      Cons

      This company is a host of legal issues waiting to happen. They are not in compliance with many banking regulations. The management is a whole other story, there is favoritism and cliches everywhere you look. If you are not of the "in crowd" you will be the scapegoat for anything that goes wrong. Again if you're not in the "in crowd" you will not be promoted.

      Very collaborative company. Great to work through college.

      Work hours sometimes were hard with school. But this was not a bad thing!
