      Nice part of the city, inspiring and hard-working doctor, great co-workers.

      Cons

      Extreme lack of professionalism, no HR concepts, boss who micromanages and looks for individuals to blame if something goes wrong. Boss humiliates and isolates employees in front of the rest of the team during meetings. Holds raises over employee's heads and does not follow through on promises. Pay is low.

      location, decent benefits and hours

      Cons

      After being a solid employee of this office for years without issue I made a claim of harassing behavior to the owner, Dr. Jaclyn Garlich, and was terminated the next day for "poor job preformance." That alone should tell you enough about the leadership here.
