Pros

The small office environment here feels like a family. The teams are constantly working hard to come up with new implementations to better our work flow. My manager (the CFO) has been very supportive and encouraging through my time here. He likes to empower his employees and not micro manage. The time off flexibility is here within reasonable requests as long as we deliver results. The pay is very competitive with this area and the health & 401K benefits are really good. There is a brand new big gym available for employees, and a nice cafeteria on campus. Employees also get "employee discounts" on products sold (monitors, TV & audio). Work and life balance are important to management, but there are times when overtime is required to finish certain things depending on the time of the month and urgency. The kitchen is always stacked with snacks and drinks. All head management are really nice with a great sense of humor, yet very professional in goal settings.

Cons

This may not necessarily be a Con if you are the right person to join; but, there is a lot of work to be done here and new implementations to be established, which can also be looked as an opportunity. Lunch meals in the cafeteria are not free. Vacation/Time Off Allowance is only 5 days the first year. No stock employee purchase option. No work from home option. There is a 90 day probation period (not common in silicon valley)
