Pros

Remote work, somewhat flexible schedule. Met some really fantastic people.

Cons

There were concerns of our department being outsourced. Outsourcing happens and is a company’s right. It’s how they informed us and answered questions that is the problem. There was intentional misleading. They stopped replacing team members who left, just had remaining team members carry the extra burden. When questioned we were told not to worry. On Monday management sent dept email saying HR was short staffed so they were behind on job postings, but be assured they would post position ASAP (would have been better off saying nothing). Friday whole dept was told effective immediately we were let go. After meeting computer screened changed to a message saying computer is reported as missing. Rude. Then offered a severance package that included an NDA. Would give zero stars if I could, do NOT recommend. Google this company, there is info you’ll be happy to know. Do yourself a favor, research. They say they are all about employees but that is not my experience. There wouldn’t be so many negative reviews if there were no issues. They have taken the human element out of the workplace. They treated me, and the department, like we did something wrong when in reality we were outsourced.

Pros

ESOP, culture and the growth

Cons

Frequent changes in priorities and processes created inconsistency. Team culture could feel cliquey at times, and communication wasn’t always collaborative or transparent.

Pros

Training team are amazing, once you were live on the calls you felt that you were prepared.

Cons

Micromanaging by the managers/supervisors. They times your bathroom breaks to 5 minutes and if you went over you had to tell your supervisor why. If you are an outbound rep, like I was, they will get on to you if you take too. many inbound calls, yet they have our phones set at "available" our whole shift and you can't ignore calls then they will call it call avoidance and write you up. You are doing 3 job, outbound scheduler, data entry and inbound agent. Data entry don't even do their job correctly, they never enter all of the information from the order into the system, which outbound reps have to check the order to enter the missing information before we can call out to a patient while accepting inbound calls. FYI - Inbound reps and Data entry make more than outbound reps, yet we did more work.
