Pros

Great schedule with no weekends/ holidays. Low patient census. New building and equipment. The radiologists that work at Envision are helpful, kind, and generally easy to work with.

Cons

Toxic work environment. When Envision opened in 2022, there were nine employees. Of those 9 employees, all but ONE of them have been fired or left for greener pastures. There is gossip, back-stabbing, and lack of transparency from management. Envision touts its commitment to its employees, but its actions speak louder than words. Technologists are pushed to perform tasks outside of their scope of practice and perform the work of two techs. There is a lot of turn-over with staff and management. The employee-stock ownership program is really highlighted in meetings, emails, recruiting, etc, but there is a lack of transparency of how much the stock is currently worth and what they expect it to grow to in the future. And of course, there is no mention of the lawsuit filed against Envision for grossly overcharging shareholders when employees purchased the company.

Pros

ESOP, culture and the growth

Cons

Frequent changes in priorities and processes created inconsistency. Team culture could feel cliquey at times, and communication wasn’t always collaborative or transparent.

Pros

Training team are amazing, once you were live on the calls you felt that you were prepared.

Cons

Micromanaging by the managers/supervisors. They times your bathroom breaks to 5 minutes and if you went over you had to tell your supervisor why. If you are an outbound rep, like I was, they will get on to you if you take too. many inbound calls, yet they have our phones set at "available" our whole shift and you can't ignore calls then they will call it call avoidance and write you up. You are doing 3 job, outbound scheduler, data entry and inbound agent. Data entry don't even do their job correctly, they never enter all of the information from the order into the system, which outbound reps have to check the order to enter the missing information before we can call out to a patient while accepting inbound calls. FYI - Inbound reps and Data entry make more than outbound reps, yet we did more work.
