Great Company, Poor management - Sales Envision Security Employee Review

good hours friendly atmosphere and very energetic, enthusiastic employees they are about employees well being and really go out of their way to show their appreciation

none, and I'm not trying to being over top on review I just honestly have not had a bad experience yet with the company :)

i made some friends working there

they already know who they are going to hire before the group interview even begins. meaning they waste everyone's time who's not getting hired. if you miss or late on any of the online training they have you will be fired on the spot. if you are late or miss a day for any reason you will be fired on the spot. i got into a car accident on the way to work. bloody nose and concussed on my way to the hospital i get a text to turn in my uniform and i'm fired. didn't get a response back after telling them about my accident.
