Pros

The company is one of the more niche players in the contact center market but is well respected because its employees take the high road and do not mislead customers. From what I can tell this is unique in this industry as our larger competitors are very deceiving with customers. Everyone seems very focused on customer success. Good team of dedicated and experienced people I enjoy working with daily.

Cons

While the company is growing it has not been focused on extreme rapid growth so cross functional career growth opportunities can be limited.

great location and fun team

Cons

Company has been in a continuous downsizing mode for years with zero growth, zero raises, and zero opportunity to advance but lots of layoffs There is no real leadership and has not been so for years. Meanwhile the company declines and morale goes in the pits. Expect to wear 5 or 6 hats and have lots of pressure to meet your goals and deadlines, which are for the most part totally unreasonable. It appears that no one at Envision is really happy and I wouldn't be surprised if most of the employees are looking for better jobs with growth opportunities
