Pros
Free tea,coffee and filtered water. Direct work colleagues nice people,free car parking.
Cons
Poor training,complete lack of structure in dealing with problems. Very high expectations from management on dealing with problems not of your making. Constant interference from the sales department in service department issues bullying team members to do "favours" for certain customers to keep them sweet. Lots of issues with service delivery and poor products,constantly having to "fob off" customers with excuses due to poor communication and support from the European service team. Travel at very short notice to customers to sort out problems often with overnight stays which makes for a difficult work/home balance.
