      Toxic environment, don't follow company values, unfair bonus payouts. You won't be respected unless you "earn your stripes" by working 24/7. Senior management is clueless.

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Cons

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.
