      Pros

      Great health benefits. Team like environment at the plants. Room for advancement.

      Cons

      Unfair performance reviews. Scored on things you have no control of. Policies are put in place to make these goals unachievable. This isn’t intentional, but there is no organization in the accounting dept. Implementation of polices is not done properly or communicated to operations; therefore, they do not work properly. Communication is lacking.

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Cons

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.
