City pay in rural areas Good upward mobility and a company that can help get you into some other better job at a better company.
Cons
Micromanaging executives, you might as well not speak. Due to high turnover and no structure, lot of seemingly unqualified people in the organization and if you try to do things properly or produce high caliber work it won't make sense to anyone else. Better off just making friends and collecting favors to get stuff done.
