      Not enough training and management doesn't fix things then blame you when something goes wrong and they only pick favorites going above and beyond does no good here

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Toxic work environment, forced or made to feel guilty or inferior if you did not work 18 to 20 hours a day. I could go on and on.
