      They have a lot of good actions and direction from the C suite. The people are friendly and have many great minds working for them

      Cons

      Lack of care on basic things from middle managers at other sites causes downstream problems at our sites.

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Toxic work environment, forced or made to feel guilty or inferior if you did not work 18 to 20 hours a day. I could go on and on.
