Pros
Amazing coworkers! I can't stress that enough. Flight benefits (the fact that they're there). Good hours because you can always trade shifts to pick up hours since very few people actually want to work.
Cons
No training, No staffing, flight benefits (the fact that they're standby..you may or may not get anywhere ever) the pay is a JOKE. Equipment is always broken, making workplace environment unsafe. Lack of competent management forces vendors to seize services because management won't pay them on time (ice, maintenance, etc). It's a disorganized mess.
