Collaborative environment among employees at the Chantilly location. The events committee came up with great ideas for activities and events.
Cons
There is a lack of diversity in upper management roles. The company doesn't spend time on growth and development plans for its employees. Favoritism and bureaucracy sometimes gets in the way of well deserved promotions and the corporate office contradicts statements/instructions given to the offsite location.
