I had a supervisor that said in the presence of others "I am now qualified to be a supervisor at the sheltered workshop because I have supervised you". On another occasion after standing up for myself the next day I was made to clean a large greasy mill which was not part of my normal duties Management were frequently running out of parts which we needed to do our jobs. Management had little to no concern about quality problems.therefore making certain areas of production EXTREMELY inefficient.
